Apple slices with apple cubes




  Apple slices with jam and icing sugar are a must during the Christmas month. And here is the recipe for the best apple slices with apple cubes turned in cinnamon. The little piece of apple in the middle of the apple slice is wonderful - and that makes it real apple slices! In fact, you do not even need jam and icing sugar for these sweet treats. But a blob of blackcurrant jam is now pretty good…








Ingredients:

28 PCS. 160 g wheat flour 4 teaspoons sugar sk teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon vanilla sugar 150 g natural soy yogurt 1 l dl neutral soy milk 90 g vegetable butter - melted, warm 1 ¼ teaspoon baking powder palm or coconut oil - for frying Fill 1 large apple - small cubes 1 teaspoon cinnamon








Course of action:

Mix apple cubes and cinnamon together. Set aside. Whisk all the ingredients for the apple slices together. Heat the apple slice pan with a small dab of palm or coconut oil in each hole. Put 1 tablespoon of the dough in each hole and press an apple cube into each apple slice. Turn the apple slices with a small teaspoon or knife when the sides start to turn golden. Continue frying until the apple slices are golden, preferably with some dark brown spots. Place the fried apple slices on a plate with paper towels. Continue with the remaining dough and apple cubes.
