Arctic-D Cod Liver Oil from Nordic Naturals is an Omega-3 supplement with a lemon flavor. Extracted from 100% Arctic cod (Skrei) caught in northern Norway. Only the liver is used. The fish oil has no unpleasant aftertaste of fish or acid reflux. In addition to the omega-3 fatty acids DHA and EPA, it also contains vitamin D. DHA helps maintain normal vision and normal brain function - the beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg DHA. EPA + DHA contributes to a normal function of the heart - the beneficial effect is achieved by a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA. Vitamin D helps maintain normal bones and teeth. Nordic Naturals fish oils are certified by the independent environmental organization Friend of the Sea.
