Lito Hyben is produced on Langeland by Hyben Vital ApS according to a patented drying and manufacturing method. Only specially selected rose hips (Rosa Canina L) are used for Lito Rosehip capsules, i.a. Hyben Vital ApS own Lito berries. The product contains both core and shell. Daily dose

The first 3 weeks: 2,5 g (1 measuring spoon) twice daily. After 2 weeks: 3 g once daily. 2,5 ironed measuring spoon = 1 g

Instructions

Should be taken with a meal. Can be stirred into water, juice or other cold drinks. Can also be sprinkled on Yogurt or similar. Do not heat. Measuring box included.
