Some of the strains form lactic acid, hence the name lactic acid bacteria, but other acids are also formed. In addition to the breadth of 14 different live bacterial strains, Bio-Kult also has some practical advantages: They are very easy to take with you on the go, blister-packed and simply need to be stored at room temperature. Bio-Kult is taken with food, and is thus easy to remember to take. With breakfast, lunch or dinner, whatever time of day suits you best. See the package for further info. Take the Bio-Kult capsules, easy and simple, or sprinkle the contents onto food or mix into a drink, and consume immediately. The live bacteria are coated and tested to be able to survive stomach acid, which is why the capsule is purely for practical reasons. The capsule is also made of cellulose (plant material). Therefore, Bio-Kult is also suitable for vegetarians. Bio-Kult does not contain prebiotics (FOS/Inulin), which means that it is also suitable for those who cannot tolerate these. Bio-Kult has been around for many years, and the company behind them has been producing live bacteria for over 30 years.

 

Recommended daily dose*: Adults and children and children 12+: 1-4 capsules daily with food. Children 3-11 years: 1-2 capsules daily with food. If/If you take antibiotics, or travel/travel: Take 4 capsules daily. Continue with intake at least 2 weeks after the end of the antibiotic course, or 1 week after travel.
