Skærtoft mill, Malt flour finely ground Ø, 250 g

Malt is sprouted grain kernels, which are dried and roasted and then ground into flour. Our organic malt flour is based on wheat and we import it from the Muntons Ltd. malt plant, which is located in England. The malt flour contributes with color, flavor and "extra" texture. This malt flour has a light caramel-like color.
