Wheat pillow with organic wheat. Not washable. Ideal for sore muscles.
Used heated in oven (not gas oven) or microwave i.a. for sore muscles, lower back, neck and shoulders or just as a heating pad for cold feet and hands.

Inspiration: Complete a foot bath with a warm wheat pillow over the shoulders that supports and gives a total relaxing feeling.

Heat in the microwave for 2,5 min. at 750 W or 3 min. at 500 W.
Alm. Oven, heated 10-15 min, at 200 ° C. NOTE. Never heat the pillow in a gas oven.

Can also be used as a cold cover. Put the wheat pillow in a plastic bag and put it in a freezer approx. 1-3 hours.

Do not use on damaged skin. The wheat pillow must not get wet.
