Too much food, coffee or alcohol. Gastro Gel ™ chewable tablets are based on natural fibers from citrus fruits. The fibers form a foam lid when they come in contact with the stomach contents. In addition, the tablets contain peppermint, which contributes to less air formation.

Daily dose

Adults and children over 11 years: 1-2 chewable tablets approx. 30 minutes after a meal or as needed.
