Shake thoroughly before use. With eyes and mouth closed, spray evenly on the face. Hold the bottle 20-25 cm away from the face. Apply liberally 15 minutes before exposure to the sun. Reapply after swimming if you sweat or immediately after towel drying and otherwise at least every two hours
