Item description

Oat bran is made from whole oats, from which the very hard outer shell has been removed. The soft inner shell and core are then heat treated, rolled and sieved. This results in two products: a fine, which is oatmeal, and a coarse, which is oat bran. Oatmeal also contains a lot of bran, but only half as much as pure oat bran.
