Customer service employee - part-time wanted

We are looking for a fresh and happy customer service employee with a smile in his voice on the phone and quick on the keys on our online platforms - SoMe, chat, tickets and mail.

You will be backup to our customer service team, who work every weekday, where you will assist and be online according to a fixed schedule afternoon/evening and weekends. During holidays and busy periods all day.

Our customers care a lot about health and well-being, we think they are fantastic, so of course they must have SUPER SERVICE and support.

You possess:

- Danish and English in writing and speaking.

- A quick and curious mind that helps you in problem solving

- A good mood and a good amount of patience if things get tricky

- Technical skill in operating various platforms and SoMe, etc., for updates or misc. corrections.

- Flexible and adaptable, so initiative to help colleagues comes naturally to you.

Last, but not least, you are a team player who will love to play your colleagues well and celebrate the team's and your own victories, big and small.

You would very much like to have a background in retail, or a similar function, but the will and determination to want to learn are the most important qualities.
