Some of the strains form lactic acid, hence the name lactic acid bacteria, but other acids are also formed. In addition to the width with 14 different live bacterial strains, Bio-Kult also has some practical advantages: They are very easy to carry along, blister-packed and simply need to be stored at room temperature. Bio-Cult is consumed with food, and is thus easy to remember to get taken. With breakfast, lunch or dinner, when in the day it suits you best. See the package for more info. Take the Bio-Kult capsules, lightly and simply, or sprinkle the contents on food or mix in a drink, and take immediately with it. The living bacteria are coated, and tested to be able to survive the stomach acid, so the capsule is solely for practical reasons. The capsule is also made of cellulose (plant material). Therefore, Bio-Cult is also suitable for vegetarians. Bio-Kult does not contain prebiotics (FOS / Inulin), which means that it is also suitable for those who cannot tolerate these. Bio-Kult has been around for many years, and the company behind them has been producing live bacteria for over 30 years.
