Instructions

Apply Spray Biofreeze on and around the sore muscles / areas. If the flexibility is reduced as a result of an injury or rheumatoid arthritis, one should massage on and around the joint, and continue with exercises. Biofreeze spray does not require to be applied, just to be sprayed on. If you still choose to massage Biofreeze spray deeper into the skin, then rinse your hands after application. For reduced flexibility, Biofreeze roll-on and spray can be recommended. Biofreeze relieves pain in minutes. After 2 to 3 treatments, a maximum effect is achieved. If tape, bandage or support bandages are used, they should not be airtight. Always use materials that the skin can breathe through when treating painful areas. Apply Biofreeze approx. 30 minutes before using tape, bandage or similar. Here you can advantageously use Biofreeze spray. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not apply to wounds, damaged or irritated skin and should not be used by pregnant, breastfeeding and children under 12 years without the doctor's instructions. Warning: Follow the instructions. For external use only. Seek medical attention immediately if you get the medicine in your mouth. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Stop using this product and see a doctor if the pain gets worse, the symptoms continue for more than 7 days, or the pain disappears but returns after a few days. Do not apply it to wounds or damaged skin. Do not use with other ointments, creams, sprays or massage oils. Do not apply to irritated skin and do not use the product if it causes severe irritation.
