Small swallow-friendly capsules, with a strength of 75 µg of vitamin D3 (from wild-growing lichen). Vitamin D3 contributes to the normal uptake / utilization of calcium and phosphorus, and thus also helps to maintain normal bones, muscles, teeth and immune system. Added sunflower oil and liquid sunflower lecithin which contains phospholipids, to ensure efficient absorption, as vitamin D is fat-soluble.
