Item descriptionNow you can make a gluten-free bread without eggs or yeast with 1,5 grams of carbohydrate per. slice. With this bread mix, which is rich in fiber and protein, you only need to add water and stir together without the need for kneading. The taste is so close to plain delicious wholemeal bread that it's almost too good to be true. The bread stays fresh and juicy for several days and is suitable for freezing. Cut the bread out before freezing it. Then you can easily thaw the individual slices on the toaster when you feel like a meal. Gives approx. 500 g of bread.

InstructionsThe bread mix is mixed with 3 dl of water. Just stir well, no kneading needed. Let the dough rest for 5 min. and then shape bread or buns with damp hands. Bake at 200 degrees for 60 minutes (bread) or approx. 25 minutes (buns). Cool on a wire rack
