Instructions

Use 1 tbsp. arrowroot pr. 2,5 dl liquid. Dissolve arrowroot in a little cold water and stir the thickener into the liquid. Heat the mixture to boiling point and remove from the heat immediately. Can be used as a starch / thickener for soup, sauce, jam and dessert.
