Instructions

Use: for each main meal, take 1 tbsp. (= 6 g). The powder is shaken in a flour mixer or blended into smoothies. Add honey, ZerOcent, BirkeSød or SteviaSød to taste if the drink is to be sweetened. If BRUSK link is mixed in a blender, pieces of fresh fruit can also be added. The product should not take the place of a balanced and varied diet as well as healthy lifestyle.
