Not many people know about white tea, but it is here and it tastes great! The tea can only be harvested 2-3 days a year and is therefore a more rare and expensive tea. White tea is the least processed of four varieties black, red, green and white and is thus also the mildest. All the teas come from the same bush, but the white tea consists of the completely fresh shoots from the tea bush, which are picked in early spring before the tea bush begins to bloom. This makes the tea a little rarer than the other teas, as the production is relatively small, but in return the quality is high. Of the four varieties, it is the white tea that contains the least caffeine and no matter how long it lasts, it does not become bitter in taste. The white tea is mild and welcoming and it is a good tea to drink with or immediately after a meal.

Instructions

1-2 tsp. pr. cup of boiling water or 70-80 ° C hot water. Pulling time 3-5 min. Strain with tea filter. 1-3 cups daily.
