Instructions

Mild tea: ½-1 teaspoon per. liters of boiling water. Strong tea: ½-1 teaspoon per. cup of boiling water. Simmer 3-5 minutes. Pulls approx. 15 minutes and strain with a tea filter. Drink hot or cold - add honey and lemon.
