Japanese Peppermint Oil has both a warming and a cooling effect on the skin and can therefore be used for many purposes. Make e.g. a peppermint steam bath: Take a bowl of boiling water, add 4 drops of peppermint oil, and place a towel over your head, after which you inhale the fumes, which quickly loosen and do well. The drops are strong essential oils and can therefore be mixed in a little cream or oil and applied e.g. chest and between the shoulder blades. This gives air. Likewise, the drops in diluted state can be used for sore muscles. One quickly senses an inner warmth while the skin surface feels cold. The peppermint drops can also be consumed in various drinks and used as a flavoring in e.g. glaze. If you are tired of the smell from your vacuum cleaner, you can wet a small tot of cotton wool with peppermint drops and soak it up in the vacuum cleaner, which now smells great. Peppermint drops also give fresh breath! Can be mixed in homemade toothpaste. Always have a bottle of peppermint oil standing in the house.

Daily dose

Adults and children over 11 years: Internally 1-3 drops 1-2 times daily in a little liquid Externally: 2-6 drops in a little lotion or oil rubbed several times daily.
