The palm oil comes from palm oil plants and is extracted from the pulp. The oil is refined with citric acid and heat treated. RSPO-certified organic tropical palm oil can withstand very high temperatures, which is why it is particularly suitable as frying oil. The oil is neutral in taste and can therefore i.a. used for frying vegetables for wok, popcorn and meat to be fried at high temperatures without a penetrating taste of coconut. The oil is also delicious for massage, where it melts on the skin when applied. Responsible producers: Natur-Drogeriet's producers of palm oil are RSPO-certified. RSPO - Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil is an organization that guarantees that the production of palm oil takes place under conditions that take the greatest possible account of the environment. This means, among other things, that no rainforests are felled or burned to make room for palm plantations. Instead, only areas that have also been used for agriculture in the past are planted. A certified manufacturer is continuously assessed by the RSPO to ensure that they continue to meet the certification requirements.

Instructions

1-3 tsp. taken daily. Can be used for frying at high temperatures in ordinary cooking. Externally, Trope palm oil is used for massage and skin care. When used externally, Trope palm oil will melt when applied to the skin. Used as needed. There may be a slightly gritty consistency. This is characteristic of naturally complex oils.
