The beautiful birch tree is striking with the thin white bark and the long slender branches with drooping flowers and fine green leaves. The tiny new leaves that sprout in late April are called museum ears. The leaves can be picked until they wither and turn yellow in the month of October, and they can be used for a wonderful, tasty herbal tea.

Instructions

½-1 tsp. herbs per cup of boiling water. Pulling time: 5-10 min. 1-3 cups daily. Strain with tea filter. Can also be used as a plant color: Light yellow.
