Vitamin C contributes to the normal formation of collagen, which is important for normally functioning skin, and protects the cells from oxidative stress.

Daily dose

Adults and children from 11 years: 4 tablets daily for the first 8 weeks. Then 2 tablets daily.

2 tablets in the morning and 2 tablets in the evening for the first 8 weeks.
