Magnesium Spray GoodNight, has a calming and relaxing effect and provides increased magnesium content in the body. The product has been tested at Cardiff University, England and Watkins & Josling, NHS. The content of Magnesium Chloride 100% natural from the source Zechstein Inside®, combined with essential oils: grape seed, bergamot, chamomile and sage. Spray between 5 and 10 puffs, twice daily, all over the body and massage on the skin. Taken up by the cells and muscles in minutes. 10 breaths provides a minimum of 130 mg of magnesium. Can be used as needed or for acute muscle cramps or tension in the muscles. Leaves no oily surface on the skin. The product contains no artificial ingredients. Can also be used by pregnant women & children. NOTE! Do not use aloe vera gel or lotion at the same time as it prevents the absorption of magnesium. If the oil feels a little too strong, you can possibly. dab some water or neutral oil / lotion on the area. Remember to put the lid on, as the head of the pump can dry out.
