Nyborggaard Hemp Seed Oil has the perfect fatty acid composition and also contains GLA. Hemp seed oil contains: 8% saturated fatty acids 12% monounsaturated fatty acids 80% polyunsaturated fatty acids. The distribution of the polyunsaturated fatty acids is: 20% omega-3 (ALA) 60% omega-6 (LA) of which approx. 3% GLA (gamma-linolenic acid) Used in cold dishes, in smoothies and dressings.
