Nutrient content per 2 tablets in Bio-Pycnogenol:

Extract of Pinus Pinaster A. 80 mg  

Dosage of Bio-Pycnogenol:

2 tablets daily for the first week, then 1 tablet twice daily. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Should only be used by pregnant women or children under 2 year of age by appointment with a doctor or health nurse. Store at room temperature and not in direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Dietary supplements should not replace a varied diet.
