Instructions

Put Sencha tea in a tea strainer, in a teapot, and fill with water (approx. 60 ° C). Let the tea rest for half a minute. Preheat the tea cups with warm water. Add water a second time if desired. Use 2 tbsp. (10 g) tea for 5 people.
