Extracted from licorice root. The roots are boiled, fibers are sieved off and the decoction is boiled. The last water is removed by freeze-drying or spray-drying, after which the concentrated flavor is obtained. Glycyrrhizin: ca. 22%, Glycyrrhizinic acid: ca. 6%.

Follow the instructions in the recipe or doses to taste. Used for making licorice, sweets, caramels, ice cream, cream buns with licorice foam, licorice almonds, etc. Is also ideal in cookies, whipped cream, frosting and cupcakes or as a spice for meat and fish.

Store closed and dry.
