Dos.:ca. 4 tbsp. pr. 500 g or follow the instructions in the recipe. Tip: Put a little cooking oil on the measuring spoon before you measure up malt extract, so it does not hang in so easily. Used for malt sweets and as a flavoring in porridge, bread and other baked goods.

Storage

Keep closed and not too hot.
