Aurion's porridge mixes are made to keep you nourished and running - and at the same time achieve the best taste possible. The porridge gives you the opportunity for many combinations with fresh fruit and other toppings.

Den Flade Maves Grød - Tasty organic gluten-free porridge without starch or additives. Only pure raw materials.

Cooking instructions: 60 g (1 dl) cereal mixture, 3,5 dl water, a little salt.
Pour the cereal mixture and cold water into a saucepan and bring to the boil over low heat. Cook the porridge for 5 minutes on a low heat with the lid on tightly. Stir occasionally. Then season the porridge with a little salt. Let the porridge stand and soak for 15 minutes in the good old-fashioned way in a tea towel.
