It is easy to order at Helsemin! If you need help, you can always send us an e-mail at, or by calling us by phone: 80 60 18 00 (Weekdays 9.00-15.00) You can easily find the products you are looking for , by using the search box at the top of all Helsemin's web pages. You can also search for products by first selecting a category such as "Health". You will then be able to easily narrow down your search by clicking on the various subcategories such as. "Vitamins & Minerals". When you want to buy a specific product, you select the quantity you want to buy and add it / them to the shopping cart by clicking the "Add to cart" button. During the purchase process, you will need to enter your shipping address, credit card information (via a secure payment process), and then confirm your order. Your order is then shipped and the order will be shipped within 1-3 business days.

We try to ensure that the products listed on our website are always in stock so that we can ship them immediately or the next business day.

Once you have placed an order, you can log in to your account and click on "My Account". There you can see the status of your order. If you want to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible on telephone 80 60 18 00 between 9 - 15. After we have sent the order, we can unfortunately not cancel it. Please note that we usually process the day's orders every day before 12. To change an order after you have placed it, first cancel your order and then place a new order.

Immediately after your order is placed, you can access "Order Status" by clicking on "My Account" at the top of the screen. An order confirmation has also been sent to your email at the same time. If the order is not visible in your account and you have not received an email, we have not received your order and no money has been deducted from your card. When we process your order, you can follow the status of your order via "My Account".

We will wait to deduct the money from your card until the goods have been shipped.

We accept the following cards: Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Diners Club. Check digits provide increased security when using debit cards on the Internet. When you use your payment card on the Internet, you must provide the payment card's check digits together with the card number and expiry date. This additional control has been introduced to increase the security of Internet payments.

Check digits are a three-digit number - typically the last three digits in a series of numbers - which is printed on the back of all Visa / Dankort and Danish Eurocard and MasterCard. Even if you do not have check digits on your card, you can still shop online. However, if you have check digits, they must be provided when requested. PBS International checks that the information about card number, expiry date and check digits is from the same payment card.

The numbers are on the back of your card. The check digits can be located in different places depending on the card type.

Our physical stores and our webshop are two different stores and the prices for the goods in our physical stores and our webshop are therefore not always the same. Promotions and prices that you see on the webshop do not automatically apply in our physical stores - and vice versa. We do our best to always offer you as a customer good prices, offers and promotions, whether you shop at the webshop or in one of our stores.

Helsemin Club bonus customers can unfortunately not use their bonus card to obtain a discount on webshop. As a bonus customer, as always, you get your discount when you shop in our physical stores.
