In Helsemin Club there are 2 member types

Important Information: Online and Offline Memberships are not linked and cannot be combined.

CARE BASIC

• Offline: As a Care Basic member, you earn bonus kroner equivalent to 2% on all your purchases in our physical stores.
• Online: As an Online Care Basic member, you earn a 2% bonus on all your online purchases.

Care Basic can be created in a physical Helsemin store or via this link.

CARE PLUS

• Offline: As a Care Plus member, Helsemin will pamper you with exclusive offers, inspiration and the best discounts. You also get access to free quick vitamin/mineral tests and plus member offers. You also earn bonus kroner equivalent to 5% on all your purchases in our physical stores.
• Online: As an Online Care Plus member, you earn a 5% bonus on all your online purchases, as well as access to exclusive online offers and discounts.

Care Plus costs DKK 49 annually and can be set up in a physical Helsemin store or via this link.

FAQ about Memberships

Can I combine bonuses from Online and Offline purchases?
Unfortunately no. Bonus kroner earned in physical stores can only be used in physical stores and vice versa.

What if I have both Online and Offline membership?
The two memberships work independently of each other and cannot be combined.
