Return Policy

Right of Cancellation

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notice must be given by writing to us via the contact form or calling 8060 1800. In your notice, you must make us clearly aware that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

You can not regret by simply refusing to receive the item without at the same time giving us clear notice of this. Uncollected packages returned to us will be treated as a regrettable purchase. This also applies to packages that are returned due to incorrectly filled in address. The amount - minus freight and handling fees of DKK 50, will be returned to your account.

You must return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs of returning the item. Upon return, you are responsible for the item being packed properly. You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery of the item until we receive it.

 

Partial Undo

If you choose to cancel part of your order, you pay the freight back to us. Money for the returned products will be refunded. You will not be refunded any shipping costs.

 

Items Except the Right of Withdrawal

The following types of goods are exempt from the right of withdrawal: Delivery of goods which may be assumed to deteriorate or become obsolete rapidly. Delivery of sealed goods which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery. For example, food, over-the-counter medicine, health food products, cosmetics, etc. The term "seal" also includes special packaging, which protects the product and serves as security that the product has not been opened. You will lose your right of withdrawal if you break the seal on goods which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return.

 

Item Condition, When You Return It

You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item's nature, properties and the way it works.

 

Refund Of The Purchase Amount

If you regret your purchase, you will of course get back the amount you paid to us. In the event of an impairment for which you are liable, this purchase amount will be deducted. When returning the purchased item in case of cancellation, you must pay the costs for this. We will refund your payment (minus shipping) without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date we received notice of your decision to cancel this agreement. We can withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have previously provided documentation that you have returned it.

It is also possible to return goods by cancellation to our stores, provided that an invoice from Helsemin Webshop is brought. Find the nearest Helsemin here. Please note that not all brands are stocked in all stores. If it is not possible to pick up a product in a specific store, it is therefore not possible to return to this store.

 

What should I send back?

You must attach a copy of the order confirmation. Note! We do not accept packages sent by post. cash on delivery.

 

Warranty

The Purchase Act's defect rules apply to purchases of goods. When you shop at Helsemin.dk, you of course have a 24 month right to make a complaint. This means that you can basically have the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. It is, of course, a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior. You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the item. If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.
