How to shop at helsemin

To make a purchase on, you must go through 5 steps:
1. Find your item or items you want and put them in the shopping cart, then go to the checkout.
2. Enter your personal information.
3. Select shipping / payment method.
4. Accept our terms of trade.
5. Check that all information is correct and confirm the order. You will then be sent to the QuickPay payment page, where the card information will be entered and approved.

Children and young people under 18 years of age

You must be 18 years of age to shop at - if you are under 18, you must have the consent of your parents. An agreement can always be easily canceled by a parent if it should turn out that it has been entered into by a child or person under 18 years of age.


At you can only order items via our website. If you have inquiries about items that are not on the site, please feel free to contact us via the contact form, by phone at 8060 1800 or come and ask us in one of our stores.
If you want to receive a copy of your order confirmation/invoice, you can log in to the page or send us a message via the contact form. Please note that a confirmation of receipt of your order is NOT a legally binding order confirmation. Helsemin can therefore reject the order if there is a price error or we can not deliver the ordered item against expectations.
NB: If you order your order as a collection order for one of our stores, the purchase amount will be deducted from your account when you have received notification that your order is ready for collection.
*During larger online campaigns, longer delivery times may occur, our "Click and collect" service will unfortunately not be available. We do this to ensure that we can provide the best possible service to all our customers, both online and in stores. We thank you for your understanding!   


At you can pay with MobilePay, Dankort, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, V Pay, JCB and American Express. Helsemin Webshop does not charge a fee for payment cards. Helsemin ensures that you can shop safely and securely, as the transfer of payment information is encrypted. At, EV SSL encryption from is used Digicert, which provides a very high level of assurance that confidential information cannot be intercepted by third parties.

Right of Cancellation

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notice must be given by writing to us via the contact form or call 8060 1800. In your message, make it clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can not regret by simply refusing to receive the item without at the same time giving us clear notice of this. Uncollected packages returned to us will be treated as a regrettable purchase. This also applies to packages that are returned due to incorrectly filled in address. The amount - minus freight and handling fees of DKK 50, will be returned to your account. You must return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs of returning the item. Upon return, you are responsible for the item being packed properly. You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery of the item until we receive it.

Partial withdrawal

If you choose to cancel part of your order, you pay the freight back to us. Money for the returned products will be refunded. You will not be refunded any shipping costs.

Goods except the right of withdrawal

The following types of goods are exempt from the right of withdrawal: Delivery of goods which may be assumed to deteriorate or become obsolete rapidly. Delivery of sealed goods which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery. For example, food, over-the-counter medicine, health food products, cosmetics, etc. The term "seal" also includes special packaging which protects the product and serves as a guarantee that the product has not been opened. You will lose your right of withdrawal if you break the seal on items that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.

The item's condition when you return it

You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item's nature, properties and the way it works.

Repayment of purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you will of course get back the amount you paid to us. In the event of an impairment for which you are liable, this purchase amount will be deducted. When returning the purchased item in case of cancellation, you must pay the costs for this. We will refund your payment (minus shipping) without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date we received notice of your decision to cancel this agreement. We can withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have previously provided documentation that you have returned it.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to return goods in case of cancellation to our stores. 
What should I send back? You must attach a copy of the order confirmation. Note! We do not accept packages sent by post. cash on delivery.


The Purchase Act's defect rules apply to purchases of goods. When you shop at, you of course have a 24 month right to make a complaint. This means that you can basically have the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. It is, of course, a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior. You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the item. If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. Helsemin Webshop reserves the right to make typing errors, technical errors, price increases, tax changes, sold-out / discontinued goods and force majeure, including delays or delivery failures from our suppliers, sold-out goods and labor disputes.

As registered with HELSEMIN A / S, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to insight into what information is registered about you. If you want to complain about your purchase, please contact us via the contact form. If we do not succeed in finding a solution, you can lodge a complaint with the relevant boards in the area, provided that the conditions for this are met.
