Dried parsley seeds are small, underrated seeds that can be used both for sprouting parsley and for tea.

Application:

½-1 tsp. herbs per cup of boiling water. Drawing time: 5-10 min. Strain with a tea filter. Preferably drink 1-3 cups daily. Avoid straining the tea and drink the seeds.

Can also be used as a spice.
Take any ½-1 tsp. for each main meal. Rinse off with liquid.

Used sparingly - should not be used by pregnant women.
