The standard oil of life is a mixture of cold-pressed flaxseed and evening primrose oil. These two vegetable oils have the perfect blend of omega 3-6-9 and GLA / gammalinolenic acid. Omega 3 - Omega 6 in the ratio approx. 2: 1: 1. The vital fatty acids (EFAs) can not be formed in our body but must be supplied through our food. When it does not contain enough of the essential fatty acids, we need to supplement the food with supplements of pure, unrefined fatty acids.
