When the patch is applied, warm it up by running a hand over the patch for 1-2 minutes. The patch stays on in the shower and cannot be taken off and on. Works for up to 120 hours. The FIT Patches contain a mixture of stones, earths and crystals, which are heated to 1637°C. The mixture is then cooled and incorporated into the patches. This mixture is the only one capable of reflecting the body's infrared waves back into the body, thereby significantly increasing blood circulation. The infrared waves go deep – up to 7 cm. They thereby clean out accumulated waste substances/toxins etc. FIT pain patch is CE marked and approved as a pain patch without side effects in the EU.
