Tiger Balm - Tiger Balm Ointment White - 19,4G

Used for muscle pain, cold symptoms, insect bites and tension headaches. Active ingredients: camphor, menthol, cajeput oil, mentholized mint oil, clove oil.

Temporary muscle pain and insect bites: Massage Tiger Balm into the painful or stiff area 3-4 times daily.
For cold symptoms: Tiger Balm was applied to the chest, neck or back as needed 3-4 times daily.
Tension headache (only applies to Tiger Balsam White): apply to the temples or forehead in circular motions. Repeat if necessary after 30 minutes and 1 hour.

Use a maximum of 4 times a day.
