Colostrum colostrum powder can be used for physical exercise or as an additional nutritional supplement. Colostrum has a natural content of proteins (60%), and is therefore particularly suitable for moderate to hard physical training.  
ABOUT COLOSTRUM Colostrum, also called colostrum, is the first milk that the cow gives after calving. Colostrum is produced in the first 24 hours after calving, which means that it contains more nutrients. The product is fat-reduced and produced at low temperatures and under gentle conditions, so that the nutrients are preserved and occur in the most natural form.  
HOW TO USE COLOSTRUM Colostrum powder colostrum powder is mixed in a ratio of 1:10 (ie 1 gram in 10 ml of liquid). Any liquid is suitable (but not boiling), such as water, yogurt, milk, protein shake, juice, buttermilk and the like. In connection with exercise, it is recommended to take Colostrum immediately after exercise, as the muscles here are particularly receptive to the proteins.  
RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSE: Adults (from 11 years): 1 - 2 grams 1-2 times daily.
