Treatment: It is important to pre-treat the lifting basket before use. If you do this, the lifting basket can be used for years.

Before use, grease the basket twice on the outside and inside with a thin layer of cooking oil, e.g. sunflower oil. Allow the oil to penetrate. The basket is then sprinkled with plenty of flour, before the bread dough, which is also sprinkled with flour (the first time - when the basket is well saturated, you can sprinkle the dough with sesame, birches, etc.) is put in.

When the dough has finished rising, it is tipped out onto a hot baking tray and the bread is baked.

After use, brush the basket clean of flour and store in a dry place. If the dough should have stuck, it can be washed in lukewarm water (not in the dishwasher) and air dried.
