What is UDO'S OIL® 3-6-9 blend? The award-winning Udo's Oil® 3-6-9 Blend is a blend of plant-based, unrefined organic oils. Produced for people who are interested in health and well-being. The body can produce almost all the fatty acids it needs from other nutrients, but lacks the enzymes required to synthesize either omega-3 or omega-6 essential fatty acids and must therefore get them directly from the diet, hence the name 'essential' . What are essential fats and what do they do? they are responsible for vital biological functions such as cell growth, cell-to-cell communication. It is a rich source of polyunsaturated omega 3 and -6 fatty acids and monounsaturated omega-9 fatty acids, as well as DHA extracted from algae and MCT oil extracted from coconuts. Storage
