DESCRIPTION:
The lentils are grown in Denmark. They are rich in protein and a good source of fibre. They are whole unshelled lentils and the color inside is red. Lentils are used as a side dish, for pudding, in stews and for meatballs. The lentils must not be soaked. Rinse them before cooking. Depending on whether you want to use them as a fixed side dish "" with bite in "" or in a pâté or stew, we recommend the following. Pour them into boiling water with added salt and any spices.
