The opened packaging should be stored upright. Should be drunk within 2 days (when stored at room temperature) or 8 days (when stored in the refrigerator).

Instructions

1,5 dl 3 times daily with a meal. Bland evt. 1/3 Jug Brottrunk with 1/3 apple juice and 1/3 water for a tasty drink. Also try mixing 1,5 dl Kanne Brottrunk with the contents of 2-3 Ferment grain capsules, stir well, let it stand so that the powder absorbs some of the moisture. Drink in the morning. Make sure you eat a varied diet and lead a healthy lifestyle. When filling, Brottrunk is by nature opaque and dark. The same recipe and fermentation time give different concentrations - therefore Brottrunk can be more or less acidic. When the turbidity disappears, a bit of precipitate forms. The bottle must therefore be shaken vigorously before use.
