Altiderm Magnesium oil on spray. Magnesium oil for tense and sore muscles. Has a muscle relaxant in connection with sports and during restlessness. Magnesium is absorbed quickly and efficiently (15 min.) Through the skin. 1 g magnesium oil = 77 mg magnesium.

Keep out of reach of children, at room temperature and not too cool.

Instructions

The oil is lubricated well into the skin (as needed) on tense muscles. A dry and whitish residue of magnesium salt will be left on the skin which can be wiped away with a damp cloth if desired. You may experience a stinging sensation in the skin due to the high concentration of magnesium salt. This will disappear again after wiping. WARNING: Altiderm Magnesium oil in any form must not be given to people on dialysis unless you have consulted your doctor.
