Altiderm Magnesium oil relieves tense muscles and cramps e.g. in connection with sports and in case of unrest. Instructions

The oil is lubricated well into the skin (as needed) on tense muscles, to relieve and soften these in connection with agitation. At the right amount, Altiderm Magnesium Oil after approx. 15 min. be absorbed and have left a dry whitish residue of magnesium salt on the skin (this can be wiped off with a damp cloth if desired). You may experience a tingling and stinging sensation in the skin due to the high concentration of magnesium salt. This will disappear again after wiping. Warning: Altiderm Magnesium oil in any form must not be given to people on dialysis unless you have consulted your doctor.
