InstructionsThe product must be heat treated to min. 75 ° C throughout the product before eating. Suggested use: Sugar seaweed can be used in everything from desserts to soups. When heated in the oven to about 170 degrees, the seaweed gets a caramelized consistency, which makes it delicious in desserts. When boiled, the seaweed reabsorbs water and has a "natural" consistency, which makes it suitable for filling in soups, just as you know it from Asian cuisine.
