Instructions

9-10 grams of dry yeast go to 1/2 kg of flour, where you usually use 20-25 grams of yeast. So 1 whole packet of fresh yeast (50 grams) = 18-20 grams of dry yeast. If you want to cold rise overnight, use approx. 1 tsp. dry yeast.
