Should preferably be used within 6 months after opening.

Instructions

Apply an ample amount of sunscreen half an hour before sunbathing. Repeat several times during the day and always after bathing. Avoid sun exposure in the middle of the day when the sun is strongest. Do not stay in the sun too long, even when using a sunscreen. Feel free to use Hydrating After Sun if you have been in the sun all day. It is recommended to use 2 mg of sun lotion per cm2 - this is equivalent to using approx. 30 ml sunscreen for the whole body.
