Instructions

Brush teeth and gums carefully with Peppermint toothpaste morning and evening - if possible avoid rinsing with water so that the plant active ingredients can provide optimal effect. Mass' evt. a little toothpaste on the gums and let sit overnight. Contact your dentist if gingivitis problems persist.
