Instructions

The tablets are swallowed with water immediately before a lactose-containing meal. Depending on the lactose content of the meal, or the individual tolerance level, the dose may be increased to 2 tablets, but not more than 8 tablets a day. NOTE! Tolerance to lactose varies from person to person. Therefore, you should seek the advice of your doctor regarding the role of this substance in your diet.
