The mixture consists of crushed fenugreek seeds and crushed flax seeds, from which you can make tea. Fenugreek in particular has a strong curry-like taste that not everyone likes. In order for everyone to enjoy the old mixture, it can also be taken in capsules as here. Fenugreek seeds contribute to a normal digestion.
